Catherine received a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy with High Honors from Sheridan Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning. Catherine brings exceptional experience in the rehabilitation field, working with a wide range of individuals from the "week-end warrior" to varsity and elite level athletes.

Catherine is also a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). As a graduate of the Advanced Standing Massage Therapy program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology Catherine gained additional skills which complement her background in Athletic Therapy.

An athlete herself, Catherine has a passion for sports and understands the importance of being active as part of a healthy balanced lifestyle and constantly strives to help clients meet and surpass their personal goals.
