Carla Brash

Carla graduated with honours from the Sports Injury Management Program at Sheridan College. She is an experienced therapist with extensive knowledge in manual therapy, and sport biomechanics.

For 10 years Carla was the Athletic Therapist for the Sr. Men’s Canadian Rugby team, which has given her experience in the diagnosis, immediate first aid and rehabilitation of sports injuries at the highest level.

Carla also specializes in the treatment of newborns, infants and adolescents with issues ranging from colic and torticollis to digestive issues and reflux. Not only does Carla treat these conditions in children, she also treats them in adults, along with other chronic ailments ranging from migraines and vertigo to lower back pain and fertility issues with great success.

Carla is an accomplished triathlete who has competed in various events throughout Ontario. Her lifelong participation in competitive level sport provides her with the ability to intimately understand active individuals' needs. The application of her theoretical, practical and experiential knowledge in treating clients allows her to quickly and effectively return active individuals to sport and every day life with increased physical and psychological strength.
