I had put off working with a personal trainer for a long time because I always had the impression that one had to be “fit.” I was also embarrassed by how far I had let my state of fitness go and I was always afraid of confronting that. Tyson made me feel comfortable in the gym and provided me with the motivation to make a change in my life. I have seen improvements in flexibility, strength, confidence, exercise knowledge and maybe greatest of all … reduced low back pain (used to be quite bad)!
